Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am until 4 pm. Later/weekend hours by request.
New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun), Memorial Day Weekend (Fri, Sat Sun, Mon), July 3rd and 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon), Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun), Christmas & New Year’s (Dec 22 thru Jan 3)
Work completed on any holiday may incur a 35% surcharge.
A 72-hour notice is required for cancellation of scheduled services. Less than a 48-hour notice may incur as much as a $125 service charge.
If no notice is given or if the client is a no-show for the scheduled appointment, the entire service fee will apply or the time will be deducted from the package pricing.
If the client is late for a scheduled appointment, the hourly/package rate will still begin at the scheduled start time.
All expected expenses (such as groceries, decorating supplies and party supplies) will be estimated and require a minimum 50% prepayment at same time as project payment. Any additional expenses incurred during service will be paid upon delivery.
I accept payment via personal check, money order, cashier’s check, PayPal and Venmo.
A minimum three-hours is preferred but provisions may be made depending on project. All hours thereafter will be billed in 30-minute increments.
Checks returned for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient funds, closed accounts, and stop payments, are subject to a $45.00 Returned Check Fee. We reserve the right to recover the costs of collection of delinquent accounts, including court costs, reasonable attorney and/or collection agency fees.
Prompt payment is expected for additional services or
other unforeseen costs. In addition to the service rate, all costs of
materials, expenses and taxes are the responsibility of the client. There will
be a 5% non-refundable fee for any items or expenses purchased with Southern
Inspirations funds. Full reimbursement is expected upon delivery of goods or
services. In the event that the client is not present at delivery, an invoice
will be sent for reimbursement and must be paid upon receipt. Late fees, at 2%
interest daily, will begin to accrue three (3) days after service has been
completed. For purchase of high-ticket items, prepayment is required.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated but completely at your discretion.
Services are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, time will be spent to address or correct the issue at no additional cost.
Discounts and Special Offers
I am happy to offer special considerations including working hours, scheduling, and special discounts on basic services to seniors over 75 years old, military and public servants.
I will also consider special discounts for referrals. Ask about details.

Confidential client information or data collected will only be used for internal purposes, including improving client services or extending special offers to our clients. I will never divulge the names of our clients to mailing lists or other corporations.
E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented, or leased to third parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of services or offers by us or our affiliates and you may unsubscribe at any time.
If delivery includes alcoholic beverages, an adult 21 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery.
